-DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
-DO NOT DROP

SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow a 2 week production time (5 business days for sublimation) before your item will be ready to ship. We ship our packages through USPS Priority or First Class based on the order itself and the safety of the product. Please allow 2-4 business days for transit barring any postal delays. Right  shipping has been super delayed so please be warned. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All of my tumblers are handmade; therefore, it is not possible to cancel once the process has started. I allow a cancellation period of 24 Hours. If the item is damaged upon arrival, you will send a picture to me and then item back to me to be fixed if necessary. The shipping charges will be paid by YOU unless otherwise discussed. If a refund is necessary, it will be given.
