These are done with sublimation on a shimmery white base. 

Due to the handmade nature of these cups, there may be a slight seam and that will differ from cup to cup. The bottom is plain white undecorated.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship our packages through USPS Priority or First Class based on the order itself and the safety of the product. Please allow 2-4 business days for transit barring any postal delays. Right now shipping has been super delayed so please be warned. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All of my tumblers are handmade; therefore, it is not possible to cancel once the process has started. I allow a cancellation period of 24 Hours. If the item is damaged upon arrival, you will send a picture to me and then item back to me to be fixed if necessary. The shipping charges will be paid by YOU unless otherwise discussed. If a refund is necessary, it will be given.
